Speaking of pho, the reviews speak volumes. Many visitors rave about the customizable bowls, allowing you to choose among eight toppings, including tender meatballs and soft tendon. The combination of tender meats and rich broth offers a soothing embrace, especially on those chillier days. The broth maintains that essential warmth, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment, though personalized preferences for temperature may vary.

“ On a cold-ish day in January with no sun you just want a delicious bowl of pho to warm you up (and your mood) and Justa Pho did exactly that! I ordered a custom bowl of beef pho with meat balls and soft tendon (you get to pick up to 4 toppings options out of 8), and my husband got the pho combination (comes with all 8 beef toppings) with short rib. We slurped down the bowl of nourishing pho that was prepared at just the right temperature for enjoying. Personally I probably would've preferred it to be piping hot as I LOVE hot broths and I felt the temperature didn't cook my raw bean sprouts as much as I liked, but it also meant I didn't have to patiently wait to blow every spoonful of hot soup before gulping it down. I enjoyed my meatballs and soft tendon, although a few pieces of the tendon could've been softer. My husband's short rib was fall-off-the-bone tender and we both loved it. Definitely worth paying the extra $3 as short rib is not one of the 8 beef topping options for custom pho bowls. I also got a grilled pork banh mi to try but didn't enjoy it too much. There wasn't much meat or pickled veggies and the pork itself was kinda tough, but for the price (it was less than $6) can't rly complaint too much. However, won't be getting this next time for sure. But, the name of the place has "pho" in it, not "banh mi", so yes...recommend to stick to the pho. They also had sizzling plates and that looked interesting too. However, enjoyed my pho and will definitely come back for another bowl! Yum! ”
“ Fresh hot plates and soups! Clean place and smells like something delicious cooking. Ordered pho, egg rolls, and rice plate. Every one was happy and we all tried each other's dishes because they were so good. Price was $45 for all this so I would say not bad. Service was quick for us but it wasn't too crowded at time. Will be back! ”
“ I've yet to find a place that tops my little pho gem in Katy, buuuut Justa Pho is pretty good. I mostly wanted to rave about their spring roll presentation and they are good and fresh! Service is great and this is a good spot for family and friends. Pretty spacious too. If you're in Sugar Land check them out! ”
“ Discovered this place back in July and I have come here for lunch probably some 10 times since. At first I was hesitant since I was not impressed by the previous pho restaurant that was occupying this unit when I was growing up. However, at my coworker's recommendation I tried this place out and it has not disappointed. The employees here are extremely nice and accommodating and the pho is excellent. The soup is one of the best if not the best in the Sugar Land area in my opinion. Pricing is on the higher side but not wildly outrageous especially given how good the pho is. The only suggestion I would have is to fix that entrance door. I'll definitely be back in the near future. As a matter of fact, I just went there with my family tonight. Glad to know the bride and the kids love it too. ”
“ Nice place. Friendly staff Good food. Like their banh mi. The bread is soft and crispy unlike other place wherein the bread is so hard it becomes a struggle to finish the sandwich. The pho is flavorful. My new favorite go to Vietnamese place ”
“ I want to start off by saying I don't like pho and I didn't order pho. My rating is based off what I did order. I do like vermicelli and the vermicelli was pretty good. It's not terribly hard to make or mess up, but I think the char grilled beef was good. The portion was filling. All that was missing was a crunchy egg roll. It a big space that can accommodate larger groups. The plaza had plenty of parking. Friendly service. ”
